I study lot online, All sorts of programming languages actually. I sit on the computer all day. As you may know the technology is changing fast so I always keep my self updated and check out the new cool features, I'm comfortable working with front-end and back-end development, the advantage of that is if I'm on the front end team I know what's the back-end team needs and expecting from me as a UI Designer And if I'm with back-end team I know what's the front-end team is doing.
Coding to me is a lot about creativity, your ability to come up with new and interesting ideas; but sometimes, due to the large amount of time spent tackling common problems.
I could say that coding challenges are learning new ways of doing things, practicing a new programming language, encountering critical problem solving and keeping our brain sharp and focused and having fun!
I haven't had what are you call the formal education like a master degree on big university but I believe that I Can find anything I want if I look hard enough. Before to decide where to focus my disabilities the question is, what do I love to do? I make a list of strength and weaknesses, What am I my good at? what I might not good at? Maybe I want to strengthen knowledge the things that I'm good at maybe I want to strengthen my weaknesses, I'm the type of person if you ask me a question and I don't know the answer I'm gonna tell you that I don't know, But I bet you what, I know how to find the answer and I will find the answer.
I believe in genuine hard work pays off and you can't accomplish anything without passion, and travel as often as possible, physical beauty and money and confidence can take you really far but it's won't actually fill the whole that's in your heart, I think a great way to built character is to meet character.
I have a plan And it's clear concise compiling consistent commitment And I'm trying to do something that I'm truly passionate about, there's no plan b.
I’m a client-focused negotiator who places emphasis on helping clients determine their needs and providing resources to meet their goals. I’m a proactive goal-setter who focuses on aligning my goals with the company’s mission.
I believe a person’s worth is measured not by what they can do, but by how they do it. Team members are the most valuable investment a company can make. Goals and success are important to me. But I don’t measure success by completing a project or winning a contract. Success only comes from sticking with your goals and fighting through the tough times.
Stability is important to me. But I recognize there are rocky roads ahead. I believe difficult times are what define a company and a team member. I attribute my personal and professional success to a desire for growth. I am curious by nature and want to learn everything I can about the company and industry.
One of my personal goals is to learn a new skill every month. Whether I learn a new tool for email management or take a marketing class, each new skill advances my career another step.Personal success is one facet of my career. I wouldn’t have made it to this point without learning to deliver results within the constraints of desired company outcome. Before I take on a project or negotiate with a client, I look at the project goals, client needs and company values. I believe it is important to make my work speak for the company and let others know for what we stand.
My friends have always regarding me as a "people person". I attribute this to empathy and respect. I look at the client’s problem and show genuine care and concern.
I’ve always been an outgoing person. This is a trait I take advantage of in my career. Clients want solutions based on their needs. We cannot offer that unless we listen to their concerns and show compassion.
